Brayden Meng

is a composer, violinist, and entrepreneur passionate about transforming the experience of music and art. Meng was the youngest artist in residence at both the Aranya Theater Festival and the Byrdcliffe Arts Colony, where he received the Wagner Fellowship for Music and Performance Art. His compositions have won the 2024 Berkeley Piano Club Emerging Artist Grant, a performance of The Wayfarer by Invoke, and the 2025 Tribeca Emerging Composer Award. His pieces have premiered at the Yellow Barn Music Festival, the Interlochen Arts Academy, and the Palladium Center for the Arts. His work has been featured on award-winning films such as Sun, Moon, and Four Peaks. He is the founder of MBODY, a musician-first performancewear studio, and ArtIs, an interdisciplinary arts collective. He is currently pursuing a BM in Composition at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under Grammy-winning composer Mason Bates.
